Sausage, ham and sirloin: the threat comes from international agencies

Our managing-partner Emiliano Alonso has published an interesting article of opinion in the Spanish newspaper El Confidencial about the recent decision of the World Health Organisation (WHO) to include both processed and red meat within group 1 of carcinogenic substances together with tobacco, asbestos and diesel fumes.
