The texts (information, ideas, opinions and the like) and graphics (design, logos, source code and similar) that constitute the WEBSITE and are spread through it, as well as its layout, are exclusively owned by ASESORES COMUNITARIOS S.L. or holds the rights to exploit these through agreements with third parties.
In this sense, they constitute protected works by the ensemble of Spanish and EU regulations in the field of intellectual property, in accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996 of April 12, which approves the Revised Text of Intellectual Property Law, and Law 5/1998 of March 6, for the incorporation into Spanish law of Directive 96/9/ EC on the Legal Protection of Databases, also in accordance with international treaties in this field.
ASESORES COMUNITARIOS S.L. does not grant any license or authorization over its industrial and intellectual property or any other property or right related to its WEBSITE, unless expressly agreed with third parties.
USERS can make a duplicate of the contents of the WEBSITE with the sole purpose of storing them, performing a backup or printing on paper for private use.
Apart from the above, any duplication, distribution, transformation, presentation, total or partial of the content of the WEBSITE or any of its elements is prohibited, either directly or indirectly through telecommunications networks or similar media, with a commercial purpose intended to the public or for use beyond this, even quoting the source, provided they do not have the express written approval of ASESORES COMUNITARIOS S.L., nor from any third party collaborators. The following actions are specifically prohibited:

– The insertion of an image displayed on the WEBSITE in a page or database, not belonging to ASESORES COMUNITARIOS S.L., using the technique called “in line linking” if it does not have the express approval of community advisors SL.
– The extraction and use of elements from the WEBSITE, with or without causing any damage or loss to ASESORES COMUNITARIOS S.L., in accordance with the provisions in Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the Revised Text of Intellectual Property Law, and Law 5/1998 of March 6, for the incorporation into Spanish law of Directive 96/9/ EC on the Legal Protection of Databases
ASESORES COMUNITARIOS S.L. must explicitly authorize the establishment of hypertext links (hyperlinks) in another website directed to the homepage of this WEBSITE or any other internal page of it, provided that the corresponding pages appear in a full window and under its electronic addresses.
