Together with EUPAVE/European Concrete Paving Association, Alonso & Asociados organized a breakfast-debate at the European Parliament about the role of concrete infrastructure to enhance road safety.
The host was MEP Brian Simpson, Chair of the European Parliament’s Transport Committee.
The debate also had Olivier Onidi, Director of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Mobility & Transport.
James Charlesworth, from contractor Extrudakerb, and EUPAVE’s Managing Director Luc Rens spoke about the role of concrete infrastructure as key element to have safer roads in Europe.
